Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend apparently the actual line length, to reduce the actual line length and to make a delay line small by selecting opposed line segments' length of a transmission line so that an n-th peak frequency equivalent to a delay time is set within an operating frequency range. SOLUTION: The delay line 10 is formed by using rectangular sheet layers 16a-16d made up of dielectric layers whose major components are barium oxide, aluminum oxide and silica as a laminated body and providing terminals or the like to the circumference. The sheet layer 16a is an uppermost layer, the lower sheet layer 16b has a ground conductor 17 on its upper side. The sheet layer 16c under the sheet layer 16b has a meandering transmission line 18 folded in a meandering way on its upper side, the lower sheet layer 16d has a ground conductor 19 on its upper side. An input terminal 12, an output terminal 13 and ground terminals 14, 15 are formed to four side faces of the laminator of the sheet layers. |
