Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blow out Teflon solid particles to a puffer chamber at breaking time, and improve insulation restoring capacity at large electric current breaking time by connecting the puffer chamber and a compressor to each other by an insulating pipe having a check valve through a vessel to house the Teflon solid particles. SOLUTION: When open circuit operation is performed in the initial stage of electric current breaking time, insulating gas rises in the temperature by an arc 19, and flows in a puffer chamber 9, and a compressor operates by receiving an electric current breaking command, and Teflon solid particles in a vessel are blown out in the puffer chamber 9. Therefore, high temperature insulating gas and the Teflon solid particles thermally react with each other in the puffer chamber 9, and the Teflon solid particles evaporate, and pressure in the puffer chamber 9 increases in a short time. In this way, since the insulating gas put under superhigh pressure is blown against the arc 19 through a passage 12, insulation recovering capacity between a fixed arcing contact 4 and a movable arcing contact 7 is improved, and breaking performance is remarably improved. |
