Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange objects to be laid out on an editing area by finding the size of this editing area for arranging the objects to be laid out so as not to mutually overlap them when the size of the editing area is not determined. SOLUTION: When it is discriminated the size of the editing area is not determined (S3), the size of the editing area is calculated so as to sufficiently settle the objects to be laid out without overlapping them while using an orthogonal coordinate system (S4), the editing area is set based on the calculated size of the editing area (S5) and the objects to be laid out are arranged on this editing area (S6).
