Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an irregular defreezing of a frozen meat putty as much as possible by a method wherein there is provided a second storing chamber door formed by thermal insulating material for closing an upper surface opening of a storing container in such a way that it may be opened or closed and the storing container is positioned within the upper surface opening of a first thermal insulating box. SOLUTION: There are provided a storing container 9 having an upper surface opened and a second storing chamber door 25 formed by thermal insulating material for closing the upper surface opening of the storing container 9 in such a way that it may be opened or closed, wherein the storing container 9 is positioned within an upper surface opening 5 of the first thermal insulating box 6. Thus, a cooling chamber 7 of the second thermal insulating box 8 is communicated with the first thermal insulating box 6, thereby the storing container 9 arranged in the cooling chamber 7 can be cooled effciently. In addition, since the upper surface opening of the storing container 9 is also closed by the second storing chamber door 25 formed by thermal insulating material, an inner area of the storing container 9, i.e., the second storing chamber 27 can be cooled uniformly. Further, the storing container 9 is positioned within the upper surface opening 5 of the first thermal insulating box 6 so as to restrict its size in a height direction as much as possible.
