Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supproess generation of abnormal noises, regulate the moving range of a weight, and reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A vibration suppression device 31 is provided on a boss plate 11 of a steering wheel body 3. The vibration suppression device 31 is composed of a weight 33, a supporting plate 32, and a rubber connection body 34 for connecting the weight 33 to the supporting plate 32. The supporting plate 32 is fixed to the boss plate 11 by means of a screw 38. A through-part 43 for the screw 38 is formed on the weight 33. A rubber abutting part 34c integrated with the connection body 34 is formed on the inner surface of the through-part 43. A head 38a of the screw 38 abuts against the through-part 43 via the abutting part 34c for regulating the moving range of the weight 33.
