PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and prevent the generation of a speed change shock in the initial stage of engagement by forming a contacting projecting part projected toward the anchor pin side, and forming a recess part having a radius of curvature larger than that of the contacting projecting part in the center in the longitudinal direction of the anchor pin. SOLUTION: When an engagement part 21 is brought into contact with an anchor pin 73, the engagement part 21 and the anchor pin 73 come into a point contact with each other so that load is not concentrated only on a part of the anchor bracket 27. That is, the anchor pin 73 is cylindrical, a recess part 73a is formed by a curved recess part in the center in the longitudinal direction of the anchor pin 73, and a contacting projecting part 21a projected toward the anchor pin 73 side is formed in the center in the cross-direction of the engagement part 21. The recess part 73a is formed on a part of the surface of the anchor pin 73 opposite to the engagement part 21 in the circumferential direction. The radius of curvature of the recess part 73a is made larger than the radius of curvature of the contacting projecting part 21a.
