UNIT FRAMEWORK BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OF WOODEN BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple unit framework building construction, by which the degree of freedom such as the change of room planning is possible even when a ready-made part is used by a field assembly type conventional building construction as a framework for building and cost of which is reduced. SOLUTION: The framework structure 1A of a first floor by a framework building construction is divided and constituted so as to be able to be assembled in at least two or more of framework unit structural sections A, B C forming each room arrangement. Configuration, in which the degree of freedom to the interchangeability of room planning is imparted, is formed by properly altering the mutual adjacent arrangement of the framework unit structural sections A, B, C freely. The framework structure 1B of a second floor is composed of a steep rafter roof unit so as to cover the whole framework structure 1A of the first floor.
