Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a stable vegetation base for preventing sagging of a vegetation base layer. SOLUTION: Grain solidifying agent as high polymer coagulant and continuous fibers are mixed with mud-like base material as slurry comprising vegetation base material mixed with water at a spray nozzle or close to the spray nozzle, and while coagulation reaction is performed, this mix is sprayed to a slope face, so the continuous fibers are threedimensionally mixed in the mud-like base material. In this case, the continous fibers include hydroxycarboxylic acid aliphatic polyester fibers of a viscosity-averaged molar weight of 5×10 -5×10 .
