Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flowing of rainwater by forming a slope from the front side of a car body to its rear side so as to have a slight higher front side and connecting a drain hose to the hole of a recessed part formed in this slope. SOLUTION: A control panel 11 for fixing a steering wheel 8, a loading operation lever 9 and a traveling operation lever 10 is attached to the upper surface of a car body. From the front side of this control panel 11 to its rear side, a slope slightly higher in front and lower in rear is formed and an upward projecting type wall surface 13 is formed in the position of a driver's seat side in the steering wheel 8 side. Further, a recessed part 14 composed of a pen box and a cup holder is formed in this slope and a drain hose is connected to the hole 15 of the recessed part 14. Thus, rainwater is caused to smoothly flow from the front side to the rear side of the control panel 11 connected to the car body along the slope, into the recessed part 14 and then flow out to the lower part of the car body from the drain hose.
