Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and mechanical knocking by moving articles by a drive unit, and providing a damper assembly selectively operated at the first time in a cycle of a crankshaft but not operated at the second time in the cycle of the crankshaft. SOLUTION: In order to move articles among a receiving part, the receiving part is moved forward at slower speed and backward at faster speed by a drive unit. A damper assembly 136 is provided with a first sprocket 142, a second sprocket 144 and a speed increaser/torque amplifier 140. A sensor or a candy switch is used for a control to output a signal to a brake 152 and then used to stop signal output at the second time in a cycle. Particularly the control operates the brake 152 during negative crank torque to a motor but does not operate the brake 152 during positive crank torque to the motor.
