CABBAGE SLICER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabbage slicer directly rotating a presser body for pressing cabbage to a rotary cutting blade with a motor, and having a structure for preventing the accumulation of cabbage slices, even upon the entry thereof into a gap between the presser body and a cylinder cover. SOLUTION: This cabbage slider is formed to have the structure where cabbage dropped to an upper plate 2 is pushed to a rotary cutting blade 3 with a presser body 4 fixed to a rotating shaft, and the presser body 4 is contained inside a cylindrical cover 6. In addition, the presser body 4 is made of an arm part 7 radially extended from the rotating shaft and a cylindrical rim part 8 held on the arm part 7, and a notch 9 is formed on the lower end of the cylindrical rim part 8. As a result, cabbage slices entering an annular gap 20 between the cylindrical rim part 8 and the cover 6 pass the notch 9 and again enter the inner part of the presser body 4, thereby preventing the cabbage slices from being deposited in the annular gap 20.
