Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase no-load feed speed of a nut of a cordless shear wrench by providing a clutch mechanism in which at increase of a load, some part position of a speed increasing mechanism is idly rotated so as not to transmit torque from a rotary drive shaft to a speed increasing rotary shaft. SOLUTION: When planetary gears 55 are rotated by a bevel gear shaft 53 in a state of fixing an internal gear 56 by a ball 58, a sun gear 60 is rotated while increasing the speed. A sun gear 41 coaxially toothed on the same shaft with the sun gear 60 is clockwise rotated, the bevel gear shaft 53 is anticlockwise rotated, a spring clutch 63 is set in the direction of loosening, rotation of the bevel gear shaft 53 is not directly transmitted to the sun gear 41, it is transmitted at high speed while increasing speed through the planetary gears 55 and the sun gear 60.
