SOLUTION: When cell detection sections 13-0, 13-1 detect a B cell, cell buffer (#1) control sections 12-0, 12-1 are informed of the detected result, and the cell buffer (#1) control sections 12-0, 12-1 adjust a cell storage amount in cell buffers (#1) 11-0, 11-1 so that the cell storage in the cell buffers (#1) 11-0, 11-1 is a specific value a' forcibly within the range of Tb or over and Th or below when the cell storage in the cell buffers (#1) 11-0, 11-1 is not within the range of Tb or over and Th or below.
