WIRING BOARD WITH CONNECTING TERMINALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board with connecting terminals used for a power circuit or the like of various kinds of electronic apparatus wherein connecting terminals to the outside which do not require other components and have excellent mechanical strength and positional precision can be obtained, and the production cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: A conductor plate 1 on which a specified wiring pattern constituted of fixing holes 2, parts turning to connecting terminals 5, mounting lands 10, etc., are formed is fixed on a molded resin member 4 containing thermally conductive filler and molded in an unified body by arranging fixing lacking parts 3, terminal lacking parts 6, and mounting hole parts 7. An electronic component 8 is mounted on the mounting hole part 7 and connected and fixed. Parts turning to the connecting terminals 5 of the terminal lacking parts 6 wherein an upper surface and both side surfaces are exposed are worked by bending, and the connecting terminals 5 which make unified bodies with the conductor plate 1 are formed. Hence other components are unnecessary, and the cost and reliability are excellent.
