BRACING DEVICE FOR WOODEN BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erect a wooden bracing member easily using hardwares. SOLUTION: A bracing device bas a pair of fitting hardwares 7 fastened to two reentrant angle parts 5a in the diagonal positions of a rectangular frame 5 part, connecting hardwares w9 oscillatably journalled by supporting shafts 8 mutually parallel to each fitting hardware 7, and a bracing member 10 with both end parts connected to both connecting hardwares 9. At least one connecting hardware 9 out of both connecting hardware 9 is provided with a pair of pinching and holding palate parts 21 placed parallelly in the axial direction of the supporting shaft 8, and it is so constituted that the other end of the bracing member 10 with one end connected to the other connecting hardware 9 can be fitted in between a pair of pinching and holding plate parts 21, 21 using the oscillation of the other connecting hardware 9 around the supporting shaft 8. Each pinching and holding plate part 21 is protrusively provided with a supporting step part 22 with which the end part of the bracing member 10 comes in contact.
