Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided the staple sorter which can move the bundle of papers by a simple constitution when the bundle of papers is to be stapled and/or taken out so as to be processed. SOLUTION: This staple sorter 10 can sort papers in each of which an image has been formed, into respective bins 31 so as to staple them. Each bin can be moved up and down by one pitch, and the papers are thereby housed in the respective bins 311 through 3120 in the order of pages (sort mode). Chucking units 40 and 40a are provided, which pull each bundle of papers having been set at X1 and X2 levels out of the bins 31. The units 40 and 40a hold each bundle of papers so as to move it in the identical direction (Y2 -Y3 ) along the inclination of the bin 31. Each bundle of papers having been pulled out by the unit 40 at the lower step, is stapled by a staple unit 70 so as to be returned back over to the original bin 31. Each bundle of papers having been pinched and pulled out by the unit 40a at the upper step, is housed in over an upper nonsort tray 20 which has been pinched and raised up by the rollers 102 and 103 of the gate 100 having been lowered down. |
