SOLUTION: This card processing device is composed of a card processor 4 to covey a magnetic card C to the rear side, to read the information recorded in the magnetic card C on the way of conveyance, and to write the information to the magnetic card C, and a card housing part 5 to house a used magnetic card C. In this case, the card housing part 5 is provided at the lower part of the card processor 4, and a circular arc form card guide passage 15 curved downward from a card exhaust port 13 formed at the rear end of the card processor 4, and extended to the card housing 5, is provided.
