Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the simplification of a casing structure as well as to make its airtightness so better, aside from low cost. SOLUTION: A motor M driving a fan 11 is pressed in a lower case 1b of a unit case consisting of both upper and lower cases halved and a tubular holding part 12 to be housed in an inner part of the case is integrally formed there. In addition, a rib part 41 is installed projectingly outward along an outer boundary of the holding part 12 on an outer surface of the lower case 1b, and furthermore, plural pieces of screwing boss part 42 are formed as adjoining to this rib part 41.
