Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bind forms by stapling for each one copy content by successively feeding a great amount of cut forms to be outputted by a method wherein an opening connected to a pivotal range of a form stopper tip of a staple module, and an opening and closing stopper gyrating vertically to a front face and moving before and behind are provided above a stacker module. SOLUTION: A stacker module 70 is box shaped and superimposed with an upper hopper module 50, and an opening 15 connected to a pivotal range of a tip of a form stopper 12 of a staple module 60 is provided above a rear surface. Further, an opening and closing stopper 1 gyrating vertically and moving before and behind is provided to a front face. Since transfer of the forms 40 maximizes sliding by a dead weight of moving from upward to downward thereby, a carrying mechanism can be simplified. Further, since any driving roller for carrying the forms is not used, the forms 40 are free from generation of jamming, and an operating function can be improved.
