Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the correct and rapid alignment of each end part of a tube to be welded, to unify the inner weld bead shape, and to reduce generation of weld defect. SOLUTION: When a part of a clamping device 23 is inserted in a tube end part of one tube P1 which is pivotably supported in the vicinity of a welding torch 55 of an inner side welding machine 24 assembled with the clamping device 23 and welded, the clamping device 23 is abutted on the tube end face of the tube P1 to be aligned to the end part of the tube. Alignment of the tube P1 to the clamping device 23 can be confirmed by equally abutting each aligning member 56 to the end face of each tube P1 .
