Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a motor, and its manufacturing method and apparatus, capable of making the motor efficiency higher and free from the fear of damaging the plated layers of magnets constituting the rotor, by preventing the generation of gaps caused by the unevenness of the magnet fitting parts and the burrs of laminated sheets, and decreasing the leakage flux and the magnetic reluctance. SOLUTION: In the peripheries of laminated sheets 30 to be used for a rotor for a motor, V-shaped first linking parts 44a-44c and U-shaped second linking parts 46a-46o are formed, and the first linking parts 44a-44c are arranged so as not to be symmetrical to any center line on the planes of the laminated sheets 30 passing the center point mutually. The laminated sheets 30 are inserted into the inside of a guide jig 94, and the first linking parts 44a-44c are guided by first protrusions 96a-96c corresponding respectively, and are laminated. Accordingly, magnet fitting parts 40a-40r do not have protrusions and recessions caused by errors produced at the time of punching, and magnets adhere closely. |
