PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately open a shutter at the time of mounting a disk cartridge by eliminating the fluctuation at the time of moving a shutter switching member in a guide hole. SOLUTION: A guide hole 10 having an oblique part 10a and a straight part 10b is formed at the top surface of a holder 6, and the part 10b is formed wider than the part 10a at the part for continuing the part 10 to the part 10b. A shutter switching member 12 is slidably mounted in the hole 10, urged to the starting direction of the part 10 by a spring 9. A pair of release inhibiting pieces 12b, 12c erected perpendicularly from both short sides of the rectangular flat plate part 12a are formed, and a pair of guide protrusions 13, 14 are provided on the part 12a. The one protrusion 13 is formed as the head of a driving pin. The shutter 4 is opened by the pin at the time of moving the protrusions 13, 14 in the part 10a at the time of inserting a disk cartridge 1 into the holder 6, and the protrusion 13 moves the piece 12b in the part 10b.
