Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the carrying cycle time by detecting the contact of a work without repeating elevation/lowering of a work holding means to eliminate the wasteful operation even when no work is present below the work holding means. SOLUTION: A magnet 1 is supported in a three-dimensionally movable manner by being held at a tip of a working rod 15 of a lifting unit 10, and by holding the unit 10 by an XY direction traveling unit 11. A pallet 2 made of electrically conductive material is loaded on an insulated plate 35. Electrodes of the power source are respectively connected to the magnet 1 and the pallet 2. The magnet 1 is electrically connected to the pallet 2 through a work for energization by bringing the magnet 1 into contact with the work. Contact of the magnet 1 with the work is confirmed by detecting the energization.
