Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a parking space so that a bicycle can be parked, by movably providing a lock part suspending a hook and a hoist part suspending a hook in a rail part linked horizontally in a frame upper end part to be front/ rear partitioned, and locking the bicycle hoisted to a high lift position to the hook. SOLUTION: A bicycle parking device 1 is provided with a frame 2, rail part 3, movable part, lock part 7 and a hoist part 8. In the lock part 7 and the hoist part 8, by a suspension lever suspended from the rail part 3 and a hoist lever, the rail part 3 is made respectively right/left movable, ordinarily, the single hoist part 8 and a plurality of the lock part 7 are provided. In the case of parking a bicycle 10 first to its position, the hoist lever is moved, handle of the bicycle 10 is hooked to hooks 8c, 8c, by pulling a rope, the bicycle, after hoisted, is transferred to vacant hooks 7c, 7c, to be locked. The bicycle 10 is locked to the hooks 7c, 7c by a key, antitheft is attained.
