ROTOR MAGNET COVERING AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover a rotor with permanent magnets, fit a cylindrical member completely and efficiently, and eliminate use of adhesives. SOLUTION: This involves a movable jig 32, a retaining jig 36 which is formed with insertion grooves 34 for inserting all permanent magnets 26 disposed at the groove parts 24a of a rotor 16 and are pressed into the insertion side end part 28a of a cylindrical member 28 integrally with a movable jig 32, elastic members 37 which are disposed in the respective insertion grooves 34 and presses the permanent magnets 26 against the outer periphery side of the rotor 16, and a pressure means 38 which insert the rotor 16 and the permanent magnets 26 in the cylindrical member 28 integrally with the movable jig 32 under a condition guided by the retaining jig 36.
