Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the impregnation of glass fibers with a thermosetting resin by supporting a rotary member on an attaching part to which a piezoelectric element and the wt. vibrated by the vibration of the piezoelectric element are attached in a rotatable manner to use the same, for example, in the hand lay-up molding of FRP. SOLUTION: AC voltage adjusted in frequency and voltage is applied to a piezoelectric element 5 by a controller 9 to vibrate the piezoelectric element 5 in the direction shown by an arrow A. The vibration of the piezoelectric element 5 is transmitted to a wt. 6 and the vibration of the wt. 6 is transmitted to a rotary member 1 through an attaching part 7. A grip 4 attached to the other end of the arm 3 made of a steel pipe attached to the outer surface of the bottom part 71 of the attaching part 7 is grasped and, when the rotary member 1 is rotated while brought into contact with thermosetting resin impregnated glass fibers under pressure at a time of the hand lay-up molding of FRP by the grip 4, the impregnation of glass fibers with a thermosetting resin is accelerated to smoothly defarm the thermosetting resin.
