MANAGEMENT INFORMATION COLLECTION METHOD AND SYSTEM IN TRANSMITTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of request messages and reply messages among monitor controllers and signal transmitters by allowing a management informa tion collection section to collect all attribute information possessed by all man agement objects and informing the attribute information to a monitor control section in a request form. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a read request of all attributes possessed by all management objects from a counter monitor controller control means section 31, a management information collection section 34 delivers the read request of the attribute possessed by the management objects to each management object and informs the attribute list of all the attributes possessed by all the management objects to the counter monitor controller control means section 31 as a reply. Then a monitor controller 2 designates an attribute possessed by management objects 321 -32n to the counter monitor controller control means section 31 as required to apply monitor control to the signal transmitter and sends the attribute read request and obtains the attribute list edited in a list form from the counter monitor controller control means section 31 to conduct monitoring.
