SOLUTION: The device is sphere supported by a pole on the side and it has a main body 12 which freely rotates to a prescribed angle against two shafts 6 and 7. When the main body 12 is rotated, the rotated quantity can be taken out as data. When the main body 12 rotates to the prescribed angel, a switch 10 informs that it rotates to the prescribed angle. It is combined with data of rotated quantity and such data that rotation continues is generated. A flywheel 8 is rotated with the rotation of the main body 12, and a response adjusted to generated data is formed. |
