Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of gas leakage as well as to save labor in construction, to dispense with any new explosion-proof container, so as to realize a gas sucking system whose reliability is remarkably improved at a low cost, by reducing the connecting parts of a sensor and a sucking pump to a gas pipe. SOLUTION: A main body part 3 of a gas sucking pump to be electrically driven and a sensor part 2 are housed in a container having a sealed structure, a driving circuit C2 and a signal processing circuit C1 are provided on the main body part 3 of the gas sucking pump and the sensor part 2, and the driving circuit C2 and the signal processing circuit C1 are housed in a pressure tightness explosion-proof container integrally constituted with the container having the sealed structure.
