Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acid dye-dyeable cellulose acetate fiber containing a specific polyamine compound, having dyeing property of same degree as that of wool and nylon and capable of carrying out deep dyeing until practical level. SOLUTION: This acid dye-dyeable cellulose acetate fiber contains 0.5-10wt.%, preferably 2-5wt.% polyamine compound of the formula [(n) is 3-10; R is m- xylylene, etc.] in a cellulose acetate fiber. Since the polyamine compound has many mutual action points to acidic dye and small molecular weight and sufficient deep dyeing effect is obtained by relative small amount of addition of the polyamine compound.
