Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for tractors, which is capable of retracting always at a given speed in addition to an ordinary speed change operation combined due to main and sub-speed change mechanisms and advance and retraction speed change mechanisms and of quick switching to retract a machine body corresponding to working states.
