BACK PRINT RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize good image and to obtain a back print recording medium with excellent storage properties of the image by providing an opaque ink transmission layer on a transparent base material and providing additionally an opaque layer on the opaque ink transmission layer side after printing to form a recording medium. SOLUTION: After printing, an opaque layer 6 is provided on a printing face being opposite to an observation face and the opaque layer 6 is provided on a recording face by adhesion or pressure-sensitive adhesion. It may be possible to laminate successively a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 and a releasing sheet 8 on the surface of the opaque layer 6. A printed image is observed from the direction A under a condition where a recording medium 1 and the opaque layer 6 are adhered and the printed image is observed by reflected light from the direction A in back print. In this case, as the light which has not been enough reflected by an ink transmission layer 3 is reflected furthermore by the opaque layer 6, a bright printed image can be realized. As the opaque layer 6, a white or colored paper or film, and a metal film, etc., can be used.
