Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, efficiently and automatically remove crumbs along with water by arranging a plurality of washing water jet nozzles along a screw shaft in opposed relation to the outer peripheral surface of a barrel and supplying hot water under high pressure to scrape off the raw material bled out of the drain passages of the barrel. SOLUTION: Since high temp. washing water is jetted under high pressure only from a pair of washing water jet nozzles 44, places much in the bleeding quantity of crumbs from drain passages 39 and places little in the bleeding quantity thereof can be independently and efficiently washed. Therefore, the consumption of washing water can be reduced by using a high pressure pump of small capacity. Since washing water is sprinkled over the outer peripheral surface of a barrel under high pressure, the periphery of the barrel 21 is surrounded by a scattering preventing cover 49 so as to prevent the scattering of high temp. washing water to the outside of a dehydrator 19. Since a raw material is blown off from the outer peripheral surface of the barrel by using high temp. hot water, it can be removed easily and certainly. |
