SOLUTION: A die set 1 is provided with plural steps of the die set for applying finish-forming work and punching work in a forging machine for applying finish-forming work and punching work to the forged product, and a cooling method for a forged product is regulated. In the die set 1, a jetting part 3a of coolant for cooling the forged product 5 after applying the finish- forming work or the punching work according to the punching and heat treatment specifications as the following process or the blank for forged product is arranged.
