Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inadvertent removal of a magnet and to secure the stable acoustic performance by holding mechanically the magnet against a base via a magnet support part that is added to the support member of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: An iron core 7 is attached at the center position of a base 5 in a case 1, and a coil 9 is placed at the outer circumference of the core 7. A magnet 13 is placed at the outer circumference of the coil 9 with a space secured between them and supported by the base 5 at one of its both ends. Then a support member 11 of a diaphragm 19 is placed at the outer circumference of the magnet 13, and the magnet 13 attached to the member 11 is mechanically supported via a flange part 31 at its other end.
