Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently determine many inspection positions at a cross section of a metal welded part, by obtaining an intersection of a virtual line along which inspection positions are arranged and grouped and a boundary of a metal texture, and determining an inspection position by a distance from the intersection on the virtual line. SOLUTION: For instance, when inspection positions X are to be determined based on a relation of an outline CT of a test piece 10 and a molten metallic part 12 of a metal texture of a welded part, a thermal influence part 14 and a mother metal 16, the inspection positions X are grouped by a distance from the outline CT and arranged on a virtual line V. That is, a schematic shape GC of the outline CT is first obtained by an approximation to an arc, a straight line or the like, and the virtual line V which has a constant distance L1 from the outline CT is appropriately determined by the distance L1 from the obtained schematic shape GC. Then, an intersection between the virtual line V and a boundary B of the metal texture is obtained. The inspection position X is determined by a distance L2 from the intersection CR along on the virtual line V. In the method, many inspection positions can be efficiently determined to many test pieces in an automatic hardness sensor or the like.
