SOLUTION: A decorative frame body 13 is supported by a bracket 11 fixed to a peripheral edge of an operation part 3a of a radio tape device 3 set in a dashboard to surround the operation part. A supporting plate 25 is fixed to a shaft 22 of a stand 20 fitted to the decorative frame body 13 via a fixing plate 19. A display device 30 is supported by the supporting plate 25.
