SOLUTION: Water sealing rings 3 projectingly deformable in the pipe axial direction and in the vertical direction in relation to the pipe axis and having elasticity are positioned on both ends of a plastic cylindrical main body 2 into which a Hume pipe can be inserted, and fixing rings 4 provided with slide parts for pressing the water sealing rings 3 to the cylindrical, main body 2 in screwing and for projectingly deforming them in the pipe axial direction and in the vertical direction in relation to the pipe axis are respectively screwed to the ends of the cylindrical main body 2.
