Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for adjusting the mounting angles of fixed contact plates after they are pressed into a contact substrate so as to reduce the number of manufacturing processes by providing the contact substrate with a contact support piece that holds the mounting angles of the fixed contact plates approximately constant during a mounting operation. SOLUTION: Fixed contact plates 62a, 62b and movable contact plates 63a, 63b opposite to the fixed contacts are secured to a contact substrate 61. The substrate 61 has a notch 61a and is positioned with respect to a polarized electromagnet. The substrate 61 is provided with ribs 61c, 61e and a contact plate support piece 61f, with the support piece 61f projected beyond the other ribs. Therefore the contact plate 62a is not varied in downward mounting angle, and the contact plate 62b is not varied in upward mounting angle. Thus the need for adjusting the mounting angles when the contact plates 62a, 62b are pressed into the substrate 61 can be eliminated. |
