Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a carrying speed at a fixed value at all times regardless of the dimension of a pipe outer diameter by inclining adjoining columnar carrier rollers in the reverse direction mutually and intersectingly arranging them on a carrier line center surface. SOLUTION: Adjoining carrier rolls 1, 2 are made to incline mutually in the reverse direction and intersectingly arranged on a carrier line center surface so that pipes 4, 5 to be carried can be stably carried while preventing lateral rolling. Columnar rolls are used for the carrier rolls 1, 2 so that the rotation radius of respective positions of the carrier rolls 1, 2 are same all the times. Different diameter steel pipes 4, 5 formed by changing the outer diameter of the steel pipes can be thus carried continuously at a fixed carrier speed, without changing the rotation speed of the carrier rolls 1, 2 and holding it at a fixed speed. This constitution improves the carrying accuracy of the steel pipes having different pipe diameters, enables joint use with a carrier equipment for other materials, and reduces the cost comprehensively. |
