Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the automatic opening/closing device of the platform of a lifter which can not only promote loading/unloading work but also make open/shut operation safe. SOLUTION: When a platform 15 is lifted under maintaining its shielding arm 17 horizontally, a driving lever 50 is turned by means of a pivot pin 19, so that an oil flow adjusting valve 35 is switched in order to switch an oil cylinder to a low speed range, causing the platform to be shut with low speed. While, when the platform is opened, the pivot pin 19 releases the driving lever 50 from engagement, so that the oil flow adjusting valve 35 is switched to a high speed range, causing the platform 15 to be lifted with high speed.
