Successively, the hoop is sent to a coiling machine through a tension device 6 by feeding action of the roll 11 rotated by the drive device, the hoop 5 is coiled by the coiling machine 8. By making whole length of the hoop 5 pass between upper/lower rolls 11 of straightening device 10, deburring and straightening can be executed over the whole length of the hoop. |
