HOOP PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily guide a hoop and to improve productivity by providing a hoop tip straightening device, which is arranged with plural rolls connected to a drive device above/under a transfer route, between a slit device and tension device. SOLUTION: A strip recoiled by a recoiling machine 1 is sent to a slit device 3, the strip is cut/separated in strip like shape by making plural slits to produce a hoop 5. The hoop tip is sent into between the upper/lower roll 11 of a straightening device 10, deformation such as bulging, twisting, etc., at hoop tip is straightened by the upper/lower rolls 11 rotated with the drive device. Successively, the hoop is sent to a coiling machine through a tension device 6 by feeding action of the roll 11 rotated by the drive device, the hoop 5 is coiled by the coiling machine 8. By making whole length of the hoop 5 pass between upper/lower rolls 11 of straightening device 10, deburring and straightening can be executed over the whole length of the hoop.
