Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve physical properties of a coating film of a topcoat by using, as powdery paint, a resin composition obtained from polyester resin consisting essentially of glycols having an alicyclic structure unit represented by a specified formula or polybasic acids and whose hydroxyl group value and softening point have specified values and a curing agent. SOLUTION: The polyester resin consists essentially of at least one of glycols having an alicyclic structure unit represented by the formula or polybasic acids. Powdery paint consists essentially of the polyester resin and a curing agent having a functional group reacted with a hydroxyl group of the polyester resin. In the formula, a position of a substituent represents any of the ortho, meta and para ones, and the polyester resin has 10-350mgKOH/g of hydroxyl group value and 80-150 deg.C of softening point by ring and ball method. After the powdery paint is applied and cured, base coat paint and transparent topcoat paint are applied and dried by baking.
