Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-quality dried fish powder useful as a material for broth extraction, fish flour (Furikake), powder for Okonomi-yaki, etc., without the need of any complicated device, by treating dried fish such as dried bonito with hot water followed by drying and grinding it. SOLUTION: Dried fish (e.g. made of bonito, tuna, mackerel, round herring, small sardines) is treated with hot water (pref. at >=80 deg.C) to remove the oil- and-fat contained therein and then dried (pref. with hot air at =5 mesh, broth can be extracted effectively. |
