Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and operation sense on program list display, by displaying a formal program name display column in a column except for a program list display column so that a position is fixed and displaying a content explanation screen displaying the content of the selected program in an overwriting state for almost the whole program list display column and the like. SOLUTION: The program list display column 24 constituted of cell groups for program display, and the formal program name display column 26 are provided on a program list display screen. Detailed information on the formula program name of the program of the cell designated by a cursor is displayed on the formula program name list display column 26. When the program is selected by the cursor, the content explanation screen 28 is displayed instead of the program list display column 24, but the formal program name display column 26 remains. When reservation is set, a reservation recognition screen is displayed, instead of the content explanation screen 28, and the formal program name display column 26 remains.
