Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the descriptions of marks onto a betting card or the forecast of a race. SOLUTION: A card holding part 2 for housing and holding a mark sheet type betting card 1 to be used for purchasing a betting ticket such as the winner betting ticket of horse racing, ink holding part 3 for holding ink, and stamp holding part 5 for freely attachably and detachably holding a stamp 4 for pressing the ink onto the mark columns of the betting card 1 housed in the card holding part 2 are respectively provided on the surface of a main body 6 of the holder. Further, a belt 8 for fixing the main body 6 of the holder onto an arm 7 is provided on the rear side of the main body 6 of the holder. The main body 6 of the holder is fixed on the arm 7 by the belt 8 and newspaper or forecast magazine is put in the hand so that the betting card 1 and the newspaper or forecast magazine put in the hand can be arranged at separate positions.
