Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject contrast medium containing a complex salt comprising a specific gadolinium complex and a specified counter ion as an essential component and capable of being used for the dynamic scanning of patients by a high speed imaging method in the presence of the complex salt in a specific concentration. SOLUTION: This contrast medium contains a complex salt comprising the gadolinium complex of α,α',α",α"'-tetramethyl-1,4-7,10- tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetramethylacetic acid with one or more counter ions selected from meglumine, sodium, potassium, lithium, lysine, arginine, ornithine and diethanolamine as an essential component in a gadolinium complex concentration of 0.7-0.8M (mol/liter) in an aqueous solvent. The gadolinium complex and the counter ion are preferably contained in a molar concentration ratio of 1:1. The complex salt is preferably contained in a gadolinium complex concentration of 0.75M and in a meglumine concentration of 0.75M, respectively. |
