Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reasonably priced and small variable throttle valve having a stable characteristic. SOLUTION: A screw member 64 is screwed through a gap in a diameter direction in a spool 6 inserted into a housing 7' so as to be moved in an axial direction. By rotary-driving provided by the actuator 80 of the screw member 64, the spool 62 is moved in the axial direction and the opening degree of a throttle valve 67 is changed. The screw member 64 is connected to the output shaft 80a of its actuator through the gap in the axial direction such that its rotation is transmitted. The output shaft 80a is supported by a first supporting hole 64b opened in one end surface of the screw member 64. In a position with a gap formed with the output shaft 80a in the axial direction, the screw member 64 is supported by a second supporting hole 73 formed in the housing 7' side. |
