SOLUTION: A ball point pen 1 is provided with a tip wrapping rotatably a ball 2, and shear viscosity decreasing aqueous pigment inks 5 in which water- soluble polar solvents of different color tone such as ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, glycerine and the like are added into water in compliance with the necessity is filled in an ink storage section 4 in a manner of forming laminates. An ink follower 6 as a single body or a mixture of two kinds or more of polybutene, silicone oil, higher fatty ester and the like is provided on the last end section of the above-said shear viscosity decreasing aqueous pigment inks 5. The leakage of ink can be prevented by the arrangement to keep the high viscosity.
